Shirley Jane Hall

Shirley Jane Hall, age 84, of Goshen, Indiana passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Goshen Hospital. She was born on July 12, 1938 the daughter of Kenneth and Rosalind (Watts) Brown in Goshen.

She is survived by three children, Kimberly Smeltzer of Birch Tree, Missouri, Cathy Fenner of Goshen, and James Richard Hall II of Elkhart; five grandchildren, Scott Allen Hall of Goshen, Willow Rose of Missouri, Catheryn Hodges of Indianapolis, Jenna Hall of Elkhart, and James Richard Hall III of Elkhart; three great-grandchildren, Hailey Hall, Scottie Hall II, and Malachi Contreras.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Michael Lee Hall in 2018; and brothers, Sonny, Jay, Gene, and Jackie.

Shirley was an avid reader and really enjoyed murder mysteries. She also enjoyed watching every true grit show known to man, along with the wildlife in her back yard. She especially loved her family and going to garage sales in years past. She will be deeply missed by all.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place with Mishler Funeral Home & Cremation Center. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
