Mitchell J. Price

Mitchell J. “Mitch” Price, age 51, of Milford, IN passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 22, 1969 the son of Stanley and Ginger (Pippenger) Price in Goshen, IN. On August 3, 2013, he married his best friend, Cindy Fifer.

Mitch was a loving husband, devoted father and family man, and an amazing grandpa. He  graduated from Wawasee High School in 1988 where he wrestled as a warrior. He always stayed active and enjoyed running and completing marathons. Mitch served on the Milford Fire Department and worked at CTB in Milford for over 30 years. He was a member of New Life Christian Church in Warsaw and a man that was always giving, but never asking anything in return.  A true man’s man, he loved to hunt, hike, camp, and had countless deer heads hanging around.

Mitch is survived by his wife, Cindy Price of Milford; four children, Kaylyn (Ryan) Neibert of Warsaw, IN, Ashton (Maggie Cahill) Wharton of Milford, IN, Trevor Wharton of Milford, IN, and Riley Price of Chicago, IL; two beloved grandsons, Cylus Parker and Memphis Rorke; parents, Stanley and Ginger Price of Milford, IN; siblings, Lee (Diana) Price of Milford; Marlene (John) Maust of Goshen; and Cindy (Brian) Snavely of Willow Street, PA

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents LeRoy and Doris Pippenger and Paternal grandparents Glenn and Kathryn Price.

A funeral service will be held in Mitch’s honor at 1pm on Friday, July 31, 2020 at New Life Christian Church & World Outreach, 744 S 325 E, Warsaw, IN 46582. Pastor John B. Lowe II will officiate. Burial will follow at Milford Cemetery.

Family and friends will be received from 2-8 pm on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at Mishler Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 461 W 900 N, Milford, IN 46542.

Memorial donations in Mitch’s honor may be given to the Milford Fire Department, 214 S Main St, Milford, IN 46542.
