Martin M. Koher

Martin M. Koher, 91, passed away peacefully in his home in North Webster with his loving family by his side on Saturday July 25, 2026.

Lifetime area resident, Martin was born in Warsaw, Indiana on November 19, 1934 to Ellis and Letha (Baugher) Koher. He graduated from North Webster High School.

He would marry Melodie Stutzman in North Webster on March 16, 1986. They would be blessed with 40 years of love, laughs and memories.

Martin worked for DePuy in orthopedics as a manager for 37 years before his retirement. Melodie and he loved to square dance and were members of the Warsaw Squares. He also served on the local and state staff for the Goldwing Road Riders Association (GWRRA).

He is survived by his loving wife, Melodie; their children: Kathy (Ron) Sindelar, Kevin (Pat) Koher, Connie Sindelar, Kamilla (Jerry) Utter and David Slone; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and former spouse, Sandra Cooperrider.

Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Ellis and Letha; his son, Michael Koher in 2024; and his siblings: Shirley Wong, Pat Dean and Kenneth Koher.

Per his wishes, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Mishler Funeral Home, Milford, has been entrusted with services.
