June Eva (Sensibaugh) Mishler, 97, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, in Warsaw, Indiana, surrounded by her loving family. June was born on January 18, 1928, to the late John and Mary (Sickman) Sensibaugh.
June graduated with the class of 1946 at Warsaw High School, carrying with her the endearing qualities of a life dedicated to caring for others. She spent many fulfilling years working alongside her husband, Wade, at Mishler Funeral Home, and also touched many lives as a cook at Claypool School, infusing warmth and kindness into every meal prepared.
An embodiment of love and spirit, June could often be found knitting and crocheting, weaving together creations just as she weaved the lives of her family and friends into a close-knit community. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, evident in her devoted attendance at Packerton United Methodist Church and her service to various organizations. She supported veterans as part of the Lakeside Veterans of Foreign War Post 1342 in Syracuse and American Legion Post 223 ladies auxiliary; she dedicated a decade as a Pink Lady at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw and was a compassionate member of the Burden Bear Club for Hospice in Florida.
Surviving June are her three children, Sue (John) Zolman, Sara (Ron) Richard, and Dan (Eileen) Ransbottom; stepdaughter, Pam Novak, grandchildren, David (Michele) Ransbottom, Deric (Heidi) Ransbottom, Debra (Bradly) Johnson, Ashley (Mark) Howard, Keith (Emily) Richard, Kevin (Rhonda) Richard, Chad Zolman, Angela (Dustin) Reed, step grandchildren, Shannon (Chris) Trowbridge, Tony Neal, Donnette (Ryan) Schumaker, Ryan Mishler, Tina (Henry) Clark, Chris (Jenny) Zolman, and Jessica Price; many great grandchildren; nine step great great grandchildren; brother Joe (Donna) Sensibaugh and daughter in law, Bess Ransbottom.
Preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary (Sickman) Sensibaugh, as well as her four devoted husbands, Frank Ransbottom, Myrtus Custer, Clifford "Bean" Replogle, and Wade Mishler, June leaves behind a legacy that is impossible to put into words fully. She is also preceded in death by her son, Randy Ransbottom; and her sister, Jane Alspaugh. Her life was marked by love and service, warmth, and generosity that touched not only her family but also all who had the pleasure of crossing her path.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 12 p.m., at Mishler Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, 461 W. 900 N., Milford, IN 46542. Friends may visit with the family for 2 hours prior to the service, beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will immediately follow the service at Milford Cemetery.
