Jerry T. Morgan

Jerry T. Morgan, 74, of Syracuse passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at Goshen Hospital. He was born on November 29, 1943 in Goshen to Huber and Donna (Runge) Morgan. Jerry graduated from Goshen High School. He married Sue Speicher in Milford on August 7, 1993.

Jerry loved to work and was a dedicated Utilimaster employee for over 35 years. He also enjoyed being in the great outdoors. From mushroom hunting to yardwork, outside was his favorite place to be. He also cherished time spent with friends and family, especially his grandchildren. Jerry was a member of the Wawasee Community Bible Church.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Sue Morgan of Syracuse; five children, Lynda (Chris) Bryda of Strongsville, OH, Amy (Josh) Parham of Houston, TX, Jennifer (Timothy) Barnes of Three Rivers, MI, Kimberly (Chris) Devine of Middlebury, and Joe (Jessie) Losee of Syracuse; six grandchildren; two brothers, Terry (Chris) Morgan and Jim (Deb) Morgan, both of Goshen; a sister-in-law, Roseann Morgan of Goshen; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; late wife, Rosemary (Wright) Morgan; and a brother, Michael “Mick” Morgan.

A funeral service will be held at Wawasee Community Bible Church, 2035 E 1300 N, Milford, IN 46542, on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10:00 am. Pastor Josh Weiland will officiate with burial following at Milford Cemetery.
