Kathy Miller

Kathy Kreider Miller passed away Thursday July 27, 2017 at the age of 68 in an accident at her home. She was born March 16, 1949 to Robert and Miriam (Stahly) Cripe of Nappanee. She was proceeded in death by her father Robert. She graduated from Nappanee High School in 1967.
She was employed at CTB until she retired in 2011. She enjoyed volunteering at The Fraternal Order of Eagles and being involved at Milford First Brethren Church.
She is survived by her husband Garry Miller, Milford. And two step children Melissa(Gabe) Fitzsimmons and Matthew Miller. Grandchildren: Audrey, Darby, Jarrett and Hayden.
Two children Laurie Stookey (David) Miller Fort Wayne and Jeff (Katja) Stookey Harrisburg,PA. Grandchildren: Nicolas Miller, Cody and Brittany Stookey.
She was proceeded in death by her husband of 29 years Ronald Kreider who passed away in 2008. She had four step children with Ron. Valerie and Steve Tucker Milford, Derek Kreider Milford, Don Kreider Elkhart and Vicky and Brian Stutzman Elkhart. Grandchildren: Hannah and Christian Tucker, Cory and Marshall Stutzman.
Kathy is survived by two siblings Leanne (Rex) Heckaman Nappanee and Randy (Val) Cripe Hemet, CA. Nieces and Nephews Cody and Alicia Hunter Goose Creek, SC. Chase Hunter Hemet, CA. Great Nephews Landon and Derek Hunter.
She was a loving and caring woman and loved living in the Milford Community. She will be missed by many.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Mishler Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Milford. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Milford.
Friends and family will be received Monday, July 31, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
