John A. Shalchick

October 15, 1962 — June 13, 2016

John Allen Shalchick, 53, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2016 at IU Health Goshen. He was born October 15, 1962 to John Paul Shalchick and Georgia Raymond in Miami, Florida.

John enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and riding motorcycles, but his passion was playing pool.

John is survived by his wife, Rosa Shalchick; his mother, Georgia Raymond; three sisters, Ann Dunshee, Sherri Shalchick, and Carol Raymond; and a brother, David Lewis.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 2 PM at Abundant Life Assembly of God in Warsaw. Pastor Anthony Green will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Shalchick family.
