Richard Hepler

Richard Hepler, 83, of Milford passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Lakeland Rehab & Healthcare Center in Milford. He was born February 10, 1932 in Elkhart County to Willard and Anna (Marquart) Hepler. March 4, 1967, he married Dolores Druckamiller and she survives.

Richard was a graduate of Milford High School and went on to serve his country in the United States Army. He was a cabinet maker at Mutschler Cabinet Company in Nappanee. Richard was a member of the Milford Christian Church, Lions Club and the Milford American Legion Post 226. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and wood working.

Richard is survived by his wife Dolores of Milford; three daughters, Sue Ann Timmons of Warsaw, Cheryl (Rick) Bauman of Elkhart, Brenda (Roger) Baumgartner of New Paris; a son, Don (Mary) Hepler of Leesburg; a sister, Anna Lou Teeter of Warsaw; ten grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Carl and Donald.

Services will be 10 AM Friday, December 4, 2015 at the Mishler Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Milford. Jesse Beer will officiate. Burial will follow in Milford Cemetery with Military Honors. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Milford Christian Church.
