John Harold Young

John Harold Young, age 73, formerly of Milford passed away on August 22, 2015 at 6:55 AM at Englewood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on August 30, 1941 to Harold and Flora (Poehlein) Young in Milford, Indiana.

John graduated from Milford High School in 1959 and during the next few years attended Indiana University, ASU, and Goshen College pursuing his special interest in art. John painted many oil paintings.

Mr. Young is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Marian (Joe) Sunthimer of Nevada, Mo; two nieces and three nephews; a brother-in-law, Arthur Stevens of Claremont, Ca; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his twin sister, Linda.

A private cremation committal will take place with Mishler Funeral Home and Cremation Center with burial taking place on August 31, 2015 at 10 AM in the Milford Cemetery.
