Jeffrey Alan Fretz

Jeffrey Alan Fretz, 50, of Bremen, passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka.

Jeff was born January 6, 1965 in Warsaw to Larry and Phyllis (Yates) Fretz.

He is survived by his daughter Nicole (Jason) Bailey of Bremen; parents Phyllis and Gary Beane of Rochester; a sister Suzetta Howard of Seattle, WA; a brother Kurt Fretz of Koontz Lake, IN; two grandchildren Jace and Brynlee Bailey.

He was preceded by his son Justin Alan Fretz; his father Larry, Sr. and his brother Larry, Jr.

Jeff enjoyed cooking, fishing, camping and his trips to the casinos. He liked to watch NASCAR, and attended the Indy 500 whenever he got the chance. He followed the Colts, Jets, Giants and his favorite, the Yankees. Spending time with his family was most important, and often took his kids to local Silver Hawks baseball games.

A remembrance service will be held at 11am Saturday, July 11, 2015 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Friends may call one hour prior. Burial will follow at a later date in Bremen Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
