Carol M. Kipfer

Carol Marie Kipfer of Bremen passed away on Monday, October 27th, 2014 at 3:00pm at Millers Merry Manor in Wakarusa. She was born September 29th, 1927 to Lawrence and Jennie (Kring) Yocum. She married Robert Kipfer in October of 1946.

Carol is survived by four children, Janet (Dennis) Keck of Middlebury, Larry (Constance) Kipfer, Jill (John) Yeager, and Lon (Deb) Kipfer all of Bremen.

She will be missed by her 20 grand children and 15 great-grand children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kipfer, her parents, Lawrence & Jennie Yocum, brother Jim Yocum, sister Margaret Strebinger, and 1 grand child.

Visitation is Thursday, October 30th from 4-8pm and Friday 9:30-10:30am at Mishler Funeral Home.

Funeral service will follow Friday's visitation at Mishler Funeral Home with Pastor Chuck Krieg officiating. Private burial will follow at Bremen Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the staff at Millers Merry Manor, Dr. Robert Kolbe Jr., and Hospice of Elkhart County for all the care and compassion they showed in the care of our Mother.

Memorial donations may be given to the Center for Hospice, the Community Hospital of Bremen Foundation, and the Whitlock.
