Elmore A. Botset

Elmore A. Botset, 89, of Mishawaka, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014 in Golden Living Nursing Center, Mishawaka. Elmore was born on November 21, 1924, to Ersy and Iola Schneider Botset in Bremen, Indiana. Elmore attended Bremen High School and graduated with the class of 1942, he honored his country by serving in the US Army.

On August 2, 1947, he married Roberta Kamp. Elmore enjoyed family functions but spent most of his life working. He spent many years working at Jordan Ford and Carpetland. He also enjoyed spending time with the love of his life, Roberta.

Elmore is survived by his wife, Roberta, Mishawaka, along with his two children, Brenda K. (Gene) Fritz, Wyatt and Eric (Carol) Botset, Nappanee.

Elmore also leaves behind, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a twin brother, Elmer and a sister, Margaret.

Visitation for Elmore will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 11 to 1:30 pm in the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen, Indiana.

A Funeral service for Elmore will held at 1:30 PM on Friday, September 12, 2014 at Mishler Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Libby Fritz, to assist with medical expenses.
