Steven Lee Bollman, 57, of New Paris, formerly of Bremen passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014. He was born December 20, 1956 to Francis and Delores (Heckaman) Bollman in Bremen. Steve served honorably in the US Army and went on to work in construction for many years. Steve was a thrill seeker, and in his spare time he could often be found riding his motorcycle that he loved or snowmobiling. He also enjoyed a peaceful day of fishing or hunting for arrowheads. Steve was a great friend and neighbor, lending a helping hand whenever he could.
Steve is survived by his daughter, Mista Lauber of Plymouth; his parents, Francis and Delores Bollman of Nappanee; four siblings, Cathy (Tom) Moody of Milford, Carol (Eric) Botset of Nappanee, Brad (Paula) Bollman of Bristol, and Kimberly (Rick) Walters of Kentucky; his companion, Helena Huffer of New Paris; and his beloved dog, Clyde.
Friends and family may call from 12-7 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
A memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Friday, August 15, 2014 at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Pastor Jan Brown and Pastor Bob Rosa will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Steve may be given to the Bollman family.
