Donald Gordy

Don K. Gordy, 44, of Bremen passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at home. He was born in Bremen to Tom and Pat (Wilson) Gordy on August 17, 1969. Don was a lifetime Bremen resident and a 1988 graduate of Bremen High School. He went on to honorably serve his country in the US Navy and the US Army Reserves. Don worked in the heating and cooling business.

Don is survived by two daughters, Samantha Gordy and Alexandra Gordy both of Bremen; a son, Wyatt Gordy of Bremen; three grandchildren, Louie, Ryan, and Thomas; his parents, Tom and Pat Gordy of New Port Richey, FL and Don Mortimer of Bremen; two sisters, Debbie Gordy of Bremen and Tommie Ann Gordy of Chattanooga, TN; and one brother, Frank Gordy of Orlando, FL.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A celebration of Don's life with military honors will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Bremen Conservation Club.

Friends may call from 5-7 PM at the conservation club on Wednesday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Gordy family.
