Linda Sickman

Linda Ellen (Weston) Sickman, 65 of Bremen, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at the Elkhart Hospice House. She was born to Richard Weston and Eleanor (Huber) Weston on April 5, 1948, her step parents are Jackie and Rose Ray. Linda graduated from Bremen High School and was a member of the class of 1966. On October 16, 1976 she married Richard D. Sickman. Linda worked for over 20 years for Bornemann Products. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Bremen and also a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Richard D. Sickman; two daughters Wanda (Jason) Balsley of Bremen and Jessica (Bryan) Wogomon of Plymouth; two stepdaughters, Chris (Bradley) Nickell of Bremen and Cindy Newman of South Bend; one step-son, Timothy (Donnita) Sickman of Elkhart; five grandchildren, Andrew Main, Mason Williams, Branden Balsley, Bryce Wogomon and Alivia Wogomon; eight step -grandchildren, Antwon Hilson, Andre Hilson, Janay Hilson, Bryce Nickell, Dmitri Nickell, Taylor Hanson, Mackenzie Dixon and Zachary McCarthy; one step great-grandchild, Kale Martz; six siblings, Toni (Steve) Orton of Elkhart, Richard (Sandy) Weston of North Liberty, Thomas (Judy) Weston of Plymouth, Cynthia (Allen) Eppert of Vandalia, MI, Janet (George) Talos of Goshen and Damon Scott Ray of Peoria, AZ; and six step siblings, Cheryl (Mel) Hochstetler, Debra Steinbauer, Tracy (Wade) Kertai, Ken (Vanessa) Smith, Rodney (Michelle) Smith and James (Deb) Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a stepsister, Penny Cody.

A time of sharing will be held from 10 am to 12 pm. on Saturday, March 8, 2014 in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 605 South Center Street Bremen, Indiana.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 12:00 PM. Pastor Neil Wonnacott will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bremen, Indiana.
