Wilfred Cline

Wilfred "Willie" L. Cline, 85, of Nappanee, formerly of Bremen passed away on Monday, December 2, 2013 in his home. Willie was born on October 3, 1928 in Bremen to the late Charles and Lena Cline. He attended LaPaz High School and after graduation in 1947, he became self-employed as a farmer on his father's farm, where he was born. He retired after 47 years of farming. Willie was an avid bowler with the Bremen Church League and enjoyed watching sports. He attended the Nappanee Missionary Church.

Willie is survived by his wife, Elfreda "Freda" (Moore) Cline of Nappanee; four daughters, Kay (David) McKerring of Hollywood, FL, Carol (Bryan) Thomas and Beth (Randy) Yoder of Nappanee, and Ann Cline of Noblesville; a son, Dick Cline of Bremen; eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Nelson and a sister, Helen.

A burial service will take place at 9:30 AM at Bremen Cemetery on Friday, December 6, 2013. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at the Nappanee Missionary Church with Pastor John Myers officiating.
