Michael Lee Sahlhoff

Michael Lee Sahlhoff, 55, of Bremen, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013 at home. He was born on November 15, 1957 to Frank and Betty Sahlhoff in Frankfurt, Germany. On May 12, 1984 he married Debi Swartzlander in Nappanee.

Mike attended St. Paul's Lutheran School through the eighth grade, and then went on to graduate from Bremen High School with the class of 1976. Mike was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and Sod Busters Off Road Club. He enjoyed time spent going on vacations with his family and off-roading. He was also fond of motorcycles and tinkering in the garage. Mike was loyal to his friends and family and is remembered as being the best Dad.

Mike is survived by his wife Debi; his four children, Brandon, Shaun, Ashley and Brittany all of Bremen; his mother, Betty Sahlhoff of Bremen; and three brothers, Mark (Sharon) Sahlhoff of Bremen, Steve (Amalia) Sahlhoff of Las Vegas, and Brad (Ada) Sahlhoff of Bremen.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A funeral will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Bremen officiated by Pastor Neil Wonnacott.

Friends may call from 3-8 PM on Monday, April 1, 2013 at the church and also one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
