Donna M Fisher

Donna M. Fisher, 94, of Milford passed away Tuesday, March 05, 2013, at IU Goshen Hospital. She was born on July 10, 1918, in Milford to Harry A. and Nina (Sharp) Doty. On December 2, 1945, she married Noble Fisher who preceded her in death in March of 1995.

Donna was a lifetime area resident and worked as the town seamstress and baker for several years. She was also a house keeper and waitress at Katie's Café and Melody Café. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was a member of the Milford Christian Church.

Donna is survived by a daughter, Earleen Fisher of Milford, a son, Rex Fisher of Milford and a grandson, Rusty Ankrom of Elkhart. Also surviving is a brother, Harry Dale Doty of Milford.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters, Annabelle Replogle and Maryann Dowty.

A funeral service will be held at Mishler Funeral Home in Milford on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Stephen Leininger officiating. Burial will follow in the Milford Cemetery.

Friends may call Friday, March 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Mishler Funeral Home.
