Trena Lakins

Trena Lakins, 52, of Bremen, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. She was born on November 7, 1960 to Michael and Janet (Knoblock) Levy in Bremen. Trena graduated from Bremen High School with the class of 1979. On November 22, 1985, Trena married Michael Lakins in Bremen.

She is survived by her husband, Michael of Bremen; three daughters, Jennifer Lakins of Arizona, Kelsey (George) Phillips of Etna Green, and Kortney Lakins of South Bend; her parents, Michael and Janet Levy of Bremen; three sisters, Lenae (Brad) Robinson of Noblesville, Annette (Dave) Walter of Bremen, and Karyn (Les) McFarland of Bourbon; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.

Friends may call from 4-7 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
