John C Hare

John C. Hare, 65, of Milford passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at his residence. He was born on February 18, 1948 in Elkhart County to Lewis and Bettie (Albert) Hare.

John attended Milford High School and was a volunteer with the Milford Volunteer Fire Department for many years.

John is survived by his mother Bettie Hare of Milford, four children, Tammy (Bill) Hutchinson of Syracuse, Robbie (Amanda) Hare of Syracuse, Jon (fiancée Shannon Price) of Milford, Molly (Jordan) Holzwart of Syracuse and eight grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Rita Vanlaningham of Milford, two nephews and a niece.

He was preceded in death by his father and an infant sister.

No services are planned at this time.

Memorial contributions in John's memory may be given to the Milford Volunteer Fire Department in care of Mishler Funeral Home.
