Betty J. O'Connor

Betty J. O'Connor, 71 of Bremen passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at her residence surrounded by family. She was born October 22, 1941 in Plymouth to Marion and Dorothy (Smith) Hill. She married Howard O'Connor on June 20, 1959; he survives.

She enjoyed her family, traveling and spending winters in Arizona. She also enjoyed taking photos, collecting angels and growing roses. Betty was a member of the Bremen Missionary Church and will be missed by all her friends and family.

Betty is survived by her husband Howard, five children, Joyce (Mike) Daly of OH, David O'Connor of Nappanee, Ernest (Karen) O'Connor of Plymouth, Peggy Gibbons of Elkhart, Kelly (Steven) Roeseler of WA, a step son Tim (Marilyn) O'Connor of AZ; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a step daughter Michelle and two brothers, Bill and Bob.

Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, December 28 in the Bremen Missionary Church and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.

Services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, December 29 at the Bremen Missionary Church; Pastor Gary Hinkle will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Bremen Cemetery.
