H. Marjorie Skinner

H. Marjorie Skinner, 97, of Dallas, North Carolina, formerly of Bremen, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at Robin Johnson Hospice House in Dallas, North Carolina. She was born on June 4, 1915 in Wyatt, IN to Oliver and Gertrude (Schrader) Kelley. She married Frank R. Skinner in January of 1943.

After graduating high school, Marjorie received a business certificate from the South Bend College of Commerce. She worked as a secretary at Bendix Products Division in South Bend, Aerojet General in Sacramento, CA, and NASA Space Center. She was a member of the Lutheran church.

She is survived by a son, Frank R. Skinner II of Gastonia, NC; a sister Norma Turner of South Bend; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Stephen; and five brothers.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 2 PM at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Pastor Roger Rhode will officiate with burial following the service in the Bremen Cemetery.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
