Kenneth R. Bope

Kenneth R. Bope, 49, of South Bend, formerly of Bremen, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012 at home. He was born on January 24, 1963 to James and Treva (LaVine) Bope.

Kenny graduated from Bremen High School in 1981 and went on to honorably serve in the United States Army in the 101st Airborne during Desert Storm. He currently worked at Roxie's Bar in Mishawaka.

He is survived by his mother, Treva Bope of Winter Haven, FL; a sister Tammie (Rodney) Hughes of Mentone; a nephew Matthew Felgenhauer of Akron; and a great-niece Adriana Berger of Goshen.

He was preceded in death by his father, James and a nephew, Randy Berger.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen.

Friends may call an hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
