John Ellis Fisher

John Ellis Fisher, 71, of Bremen, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012 at home. He was born September 10, 1940 in Bremen to William D. and Annabell (McKee) Fisher.

John graduated from Bremen High School in the Class of 1958. In an effort to serve his country, he joined the U.S. Navy after graduating. On May 30, 1972, he married Cindy Sue Scott in Argos. He worked hard for over thirty years at Bremen Composites, formerly Bremen Motors, in molding. John was good with his hands and especially enjoyed wood working.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Fisher of Bremen, one daughter Lorry (Joe) Sandoval of California, two sons Kyle (Candy) Perkins and Kevin Perkins both of Bremen, two sisters Judy Roeder of Mishawaka and Wanda (Cleon) Felton of Bremen, a father-in-law Paul Ulrey of Winona Lake, and nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, William E. Fisher.

A funeral service with military honors will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Saturday, March 17th at the funeral home.
