Kathryn E Sauder

Kathryn E. "Kate" Sauder, 85, of Scottsdale, AZ, formerly of Milford passed away February 23, 2012 at home surrounded by family. She was born March 11, 1926 in Milford to Oscar and Hulda (Beer) Graff. Kathryn married Eugene Sauder on September 13, 1953; he survives.

Born and raised in Milford, Kathryn graduated from Milford High School in 1944 and continued her education at Goshen College. She was a school teacher in Milford and also in Scottsdale, where she and her husband moved in 1982. Kathryn was a member of the Immanuel Bible Church and the Auxiliary of Gideon's International. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed.

Kathryn is survived by her husband of 58 years, Eugene of Scottsdale, one son, Mark (wife Carol) of Scottsdale, two grandchildren, Stephen Sauder and Courtney Sauder both of Scottsdale; three sisters, Mildred (husband Ray) Levy of Warsaw, Clara (husband Dick) Kaiser of Milford and Phyllis (husband Herb) Hueni of Osceola.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Brenda, her parents, two brothers, Robert and Raymond and one sister, Helen Kaiser.

Services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday March 3, 2012 at Mishler Funeral Home, Pastor Tom Speicher will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Milford Cemetery.



Visitation will be 4:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, March 2, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at Mishler Funeral Home.
