Rose M. Humphries

Rose M. Humphries, 62, of Mishawaka passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born November 13, 1948 in DeKalb, IL to James E. & Pearl A. (Marshall) Lucas.

Rose graduated from Twin Lakes High School, Monticello in 1968, was a member St. John's Lutheran Church in Nappanee and a member of Tri Kappa. She was a librarian at Bremen Public Library for over 20 years.

Survivors include son Joel (Julie) Humphries of St Clair Shores, MI and daughter Jennifer (Aaron) Newton of Stillwater, OK, 3 grandsons: Noah, Cade & Cooper, 2 brothers: Tom (Patti) Lucas of Yeoman and Ed (Charlene) Lucas of Monticello.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30AM on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen, and will be officiated by Pastor Roger Rohde.

Friends may call from 4 ? 8PM on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bremen Public Library or to Hospice of Marshall County.
