Margaret Etta Moretto

Margaret Etta Moretto, 91, of Bremen passed away on Friday, December 17, 2010 at the Community Hospital of Bremen. She was born August 30, 1919 in Bremen to Earl & Hazel (Schlosser) Huff. On January 9, 1942 she married James Moretto, he preceded her in death on April 9, 2002.

Margaret graduated Bremen High School in 1937 and International Business College. She was the bookkeeper for the family business at Moretto Ford Motors in Bremen, member of Bremen United Methodist Church, member of the Bremen Hospital Women's Auxiliary and volunteered for the Bremen Food Bank. She was an avid golfer and bridge player.

Survivors include daughter Mary (Jerry Holland) Moretto of Syracuse, son Tom (Louise) Moretto of Carmel, 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 1 sister: Martha Yeager of Bremen, 2 brothers: James (Loretta) Huff and Louis Huff, both of Bremen.



She was preceded in death by her husband James, 3 sisters and 1 brother.

A memorial service will be held at 1PM on Monday, December 20, 2010 at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen and will be officiated by Pastor Kevin Miller and Pastor Jim Morse.

Friends may call from noon until the time of service on Monday.
