Infant Carter Michael Adkins was born into heaven on July 12, 2010 at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. Baby Carter is survived by parents Jeff Yeatts and Brittany Adkins, Maternal grandparents Phyllis (Al) Allberry of Goshen and Shannon Watkins of Warsaw, Paternal grandparents Kris Yeatts of TX and Barry Mariage of Warsaw, Paternal great-grandparents: Larry (Sandy) Weems of Muncie, Jane & Gary Mariage of Ft. Wayne, Barbara (Gerald) Childress of TX.
He was preceded in death by Maternal grandparents Michael Adkins and Donald Adkins.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, July 16 2010 at the Mishler Funeral Home in Milford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
