Ruth Mae Keck

Ruth Mae Keck, age 88, of Bremen, passed away Friday, March 26, 2010 at the Commmunity Hospital of Bremen. She was born December 19, 1921 in Bremen to Jasper and Hazel (Heckaman) Wilson. March 2, 1946 she married Louis Young Keck and he preceded her in death June 13, 1997.

Ruth was a 1940 graduate of Bremen High School. She worked for Uniroyal for a few years and was a homemaker most of her adult life. Ruth was a member of the Bremen United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Larry (Louise) Keck and Rick (Delia) Keck both of Bremen. Five grandchildren, Jordan Keck of Elkhart, Cyrus Keck of Boca Raton, FL, Axel Keck of Bremen, Geena Keck and Kristian Keck both of Bremen. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister Evelyn Wilson and a brother Charles Wilson.

Services will be held 10:30am Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the Bremen United Methodist Church with Rev. Earl Owen officiating. Burial will follow in the Bremen Cemetery.

Friends may call 4-8pm Monday, March 29, 2010 at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Community Hospital of Bremen.
