Martha Reese

Martha A. Reese, 76, of Bremen passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. She was born May 31, 1933 in Maclean, IL to Fredrick & Dorothy (Huffman) Griffin. She married Bill Reese on March 14, 1952. He survives.

Martha graduated from La Paz High School in 1951, worked for Ristance for many years and retired from selling real estate. She enjoyed playing cards and RV travel.

Survivors include husband Bill Reese of Bremen, 3 daughters: Cynthia A. Schroll of Cromwell, Vicki D. Hogan of Nappanee, Sherri L. (Jeff) Berger of Plymouth, 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 1 sister Bonnie (Frank) Pugh of Bremen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Susan M. Schlemmer, grandson Randy Berger.

Funeral service will be 10:00AM Friday, March 19, 2010 at the Mishler Funeral Home and will be officiated by Pastor Kevin Miller. Burial will follow at the Bremen Cemetery.
