Andrew David York

Andrew David York, 41, of Warsaw passed away at 7:33 AM March 5, 2010 in his residence after a long battle with cancer. Andy was born August 11, 1968, in Harbor City, CA to Bruce and Jan (Moore) York. On July 2, 1994 he married Laura Byrer, she survives.

Andy was employed at Lake City Enterprise in Warsaw as the Improvement Leader. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ and Latter-Day Saints in Warsaw. Andy graduated from Warsaw High School in 1986; received his Bachelors degree from BYU, and a Masters in Business from I.U. He was a loving husband and father and will be missed by all who knew him. Andy enjoyed fishing with his family. He liked playing a round of golf with friends.

He is survived by his wife, Laura, three sons, Nathan, Tristen and Brandon and one daughter, Evelyn; his parents Bruce and Jan York of TN, two brothers, Aaron (Marie) York, Ft Wayne, Eric (Benay) York, Angola, Three sisters, Carla (Lonnie) Houser, Indianapolis, Kendra (Edgard)Coral of Utah; Kirstyn (Fernando) Niebbia, Warsaw. Also survivng is his maternal grandmother, Jean Risch, Connersville, IN and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw with Bishop Erik Davies officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Warsaw following the service.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
