November 24, 1919 — February 10, 2010

Cecelia Jones, 90, of Milford, IN formerly of Homosassa, FL, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Lakeland Rehab and Healthcare in Milford. She was born November 24, 1919 in Poplar Bluff, MO to William & Annie Mae (Carrico) Clark. On July 17, 1945 she married Elmo Jones. He preceded her in death on March 22, 2000.



Cecelia lived in Anderson, IN for 30 years, moved Florida for 15 years. She was a telephone operator in Poplar Bluff, worked for Weiler's department store in Anderson and was a member of the Indiana Club in Spring Hill, FL.



Survivors include 2 daughters: Jennifer (Robert) Seet, Nineveh, IN and Jo Anne (Ted) Shelby, Deming, NM, 2 sons: Clark (Judy) Jones, Milford and Kent Jones, St. Petersburg, FL, 5 grandchildren: Rob (Jen) Seet of Greenwood, Jeff Seet and Greg Seet, both of Nineveh, Andy (Courtney) Jones of Indianapolis, Katie Jones of Milford, and 4 great-grandchildren: Corey, Connor, Olivia & Caitlin.



She was preceded in death by her husband and 7 brothers and sisters.



A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Poplar Bluff, MO and will be officiated by Father David Coon. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Poplar Bluff, MO.



Friends may call from 6 ? 8PM on Friday, February 26, 2010 at the Cotrell Funeral Home, Poplar Bluff, with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:00PM.
