Roxanna (Cook) Cummins

Roxanna Marie Cummins, 47 of West Chester, OH on Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at the Hospice of Cincinnati. She was born September 22, 1961 in Bremen to Bobby & Christine (Martin) Cook. She married James Cummins, he survives.

Survivors include husband James Cummins of West Chester, OH, 2 sons Troy & Jamie Cook, 2 daughters Erin Chastain & Jessica Cummins, granddaughters Cailey Cummins & Natalee Chastain, and one on the way, father Bobby Cook of Elkhart,

4 brothers Rex Cook of Nappanee, Tim Cook of Nappanee, Roy Cook of Tennessee,

and Ron Cook of South Bend, 3 sisters Twila Metz of Plymouth, Trudy Cook of Nappanee, and Rohanda Karnes of Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her mother and 2 brothers.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM on Friday, September 18, 2009 at the Mislher Funeral Home in Bremen and will be officiated by Pastor Neil Wonnacott. Burial will follow at the Bremen Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 ? 4 & 6 ? 8PM on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the funeral home.
