Norman S, Lovell

Norman S. Lovell, 77, of Milford, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2009, at Kosciusko Community Hospital. He was born on May 21, 1932, in Brooklyn, New York, to Kenneth & Ruth (Specht) Lovell.

On September 9, 1956, he married Lucille "Lou" (Theberge). She survives.

Norman moved to Goshen in 1959, from Concord, Massachusetts, then to Milford in 1963. He was the Former Owner of the Milford Party Pack with his wife, retiring in 2000. Norman also worked at Maple Leaf Farms from 1969-1983. He was a Member of the Kosciusko Masonic Lodge F&AM 418, Scottish Rite of Ft. Wayne and the Mizpah Shrine of Ft. Wayne. He was a US Air Force Veteran, serving in Korea from 1952-1956, a lifetime member of the American Legion and a lifetime member of the VFW. He also served on the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission. Norm enjoyed hunting, fishing and his Hudsons.

Survivors include his wife: Lucille "Lou" Lovell of Milford, 2 Brothers: Gordon Lovell of Waterford, Maine, Kenneth Lovell of Lehigh Acres, FL, Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents.

A private family service will be held. There will be no visitation.
