Karen Sue Sorensen

Karen Sue (Hostetler) Sorensen, 45, of Milford passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2009 at the Elkhart General Hospital. She was born on July 24, 1963 in Bremen to Jake & Sylvia (Miller) Hostetler. On August 12, 1989 she married Jeff Sorensen, he survives.

Karen was a loving mother and wife. She loved swimming and being outdoors. She enjoyed riding Harleys, spending time with friends and lived life to the fullest. She worked in the RV Industry.

Survivors include her husband Jeff "Squeak" of Milford, daughter Brandi (Troy) Warsteler of Milford, parents Jake & Sylvia Hostetler of Milford, brother Jerry Hostetler of Milford, 2 sisters Kathy (Rob) Vermillion of Texas and Esther (Tom) Gibbs of Palestine and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her niece Jennifer and nephew Tommy.

Funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Wawasee Community Bible Church, 2035 E 1300 N, Milford and will be officiated by Pastor Bill Gisle. Burial will follow at the Milford Cemetery.
