Zachery Schlemmer

Zachery Schlemmer, 23, of Bremen passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at the

Community Hospital of Bremen. He was born on January 29, 1986 in Plymouth, Indiana to Randy and Sandy (Stutzman) Schlemmer. On December 1, 2008 he married Lindsey Carney. She survives.

Zak enjoyed motorcycles, classic rock, and was a big Colts fan. He liked playing practical jokes on friends and family and making them laugh. He enjoyed playing with his dog "Gilmore". He was a loving husband, father, uncle and friend and was anticipating the birth of their new child.

Survivors include his wife, Lindsey of Nappanee, two children, Hailey and Preston both of Nappanee, parents Randy and Sandy Schlemmer of Bremen, 1 sister Sasha (Neko) Shumpert of Warsaw, 1 niece Shayla of Warsaw, paternal grandmother Freda Schlemmer of Bremen, father and mother in laws Jim and Karin Carney. He was preceded by in death by his paternal grandfather and maternal grandparents.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen and will be officiated by Pastor Fred Becknell. Burial will be at Bremen Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4:00 ? 8:00PM on Friday, May 29, 2009 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Riley's Children's Hospital.
