Billy Wright

Billy Wright, 80, of Bremen passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at the Rivercrest Specialty Hospital in Mishawaka. He was born on January 26, 1929 in Hindman, KY to Lewis & Mirian (Russell) Wright. On April 2, 1961 he married Freda Wilder. She survives. Billy was a Veteran of US Army, worked at the Bremen Foundry for 35 years and was security guard at Gulfstream for 15 years. He was also the former Chief of Police in Jackson, KY.

Survivors include wife Freda Wright of Bremen, 4 Sons: Billy Ray (Barbara) Wright of Nappanee, Greg (Angela) Wright of Nevada, Chris (Linda) Wright of Bremen, Bobby (Kristy) Wright of Nappanee, 11 grandchildren: Justin, Chase, Seth, Shelby, Candice, Alex, Dillon, Brittany, Ray, Travis & Alexandria, 1 great-grandchild: Aiden, 3 brothers: Luther (Birdie) Wright of CA, Ford (Icymae) of OH, Virgil (Geraldine) Wright of Bremen, 2 sister: Ruby Campbell of Jackson, KY, Imogene (William) Wilder of Jackson, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers: Clyde & Carl, 3 sisters: Armintia, Mattie & Leona.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen and will be officiated by Pastor Jim Morse. Burial will take place at the Bremen Cemetery with graveside military services.
