Alfonso Rangel, 79, of Warsaw passed away April 29, 2009 at Kosciusko Community Hospital. Alfonso was born on October 29, 1929 in Brownsville, Texas to the late Baldomero and Bonifacia (Sosa) Rangel.He married Josefina (Aguilar) who survives.

Alfonso moved to Warsaw from Texas in 1969 and retired from Dalton Foundry in Warsaw.

He loved his family and enjoyed all the times that they spent together. He was a loving husband, father, and grand father, great grand father and great-great grand father. He loved attending Church with his family and it was his desire for all of them to have a personal relationship with Christ.

Survivoring Alfonso are his wife Josefina, six sons,Joe (Dolores) Rangel, Milford, David (Sue) Rangel, Warsaw, Arturo (Luisa) Rangel, Warsaw, Guadalupe Rangel, Warsaw, Richard Rangel, Warsaw, Jesse Rangel, Warsaw, a daughter, Maria (Frank) Hernandez. Also surviving are four brothers, Marcos Moran, Frank Francisco; Chrisantos Moran all of Texas and Andres Moran, Michigan, two sisters, Gloria Martinez, Texas, and Delia Moran, Michigan

16 Grandchildren, 30 great grand children; 1 great-great grandchild

He was preceded in Death By his parents and one brother, Pablo Moran.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 4, 2009 at 11:00 am at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford with Pastor Daniel Sandoval and Pastor Blake Officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw following the services on Monday.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 3, 2009 from 3-7 PM at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Milford.
