Larry O. Hite

Larry O. Hite, 71, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at Miller's Merry Manor in Syracuse. He was born March 9, 1937 in Goshen, Indiana to Harry & Lucille (Graff) Hite. Larry was a lifetime area resident, was a Dispatcher with the Indiana State Police retiring in 1999, and was a Navy Veteran serving from 1955 - 1959.

Surviving are 3 sons: Randy of Syracuse; Greg of Goshen; and Jason of Nappanee. 1 step son: Steve Isbell of Colleyville, TX; 4 Grandchildren; 3 Step Grandchildren; 5 Great Granchildren; and 1 Brother: Stanley Hite of Nappanee. He was preceded in death by 1 brother Russell Hite.

Services will be Private. Burial will be in Brown Cemetery, Millersburg, IN with military honors conducted by members of the North Webster American Legion Post 253.
