Donald P. Wolferman

Donald P. Wolferman, 78, of Milford passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Miller's Merry Manor, Syracuse. He was born September 10, 1930 in Milford to Earl & Mabel (Gunderman) Wolferman and was a lifetime area resident. On August 20, 1950 he married his wife of 58 years, Sue Wiggs. She survives. He was a school bus driver & had farmed since 1948. He attended Wawasee Community Bible Church, was a member of Milford Lions Club, Masonic Lodge, Mizpah Shrine, former member of Milford town Board, and a 1948 graduate of Milford High School where he was known for his athletic ability.

Survivors include wife Sue Wolferman of Milford, 2 daughters: Deb (Walt) Pickerell of Plymouth and Darcy (Dennis) Hively of Syracuse, 1 son: Doug (Kristy) Wolferman of Syracuse, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother "Fritz" Wolferman.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford and will be officiated by Pastor Tom Speicher. Burial will be at the Milford Cemetery.

Friends may call from 3 ? 8 PM on Monday, December 22, at the funeral home.
