Roy L. Cox

Roy L. Cox, 70, of Lake of the Woods, Bremen, passed away on December 5, 2008, at 2:46PM, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth. He was born on September 10, 1938, in Lake of the Woods, Bremen, to James H. & Chloe M. (Cunningham) Cox.

He Married Sandra K. Lowry on April 29, 1960, at the Shiloh Wesleyan Church; she survives.

A Lifetime Marshall County Resident, Roy was a Printer at Bomarko and a Trimmer at trailer factories. He was a 1956 Graduate of LaPaz High School. Roy built remote control airplanes, liked to play golf and fish. He was a Member of the Sky Night's Model Airplane Club.

Survivors include his Wife: Sandra K. Cox, Bremen, 1 Daughter: Melinda (Steve) Gonce, Plymouth, 3 Sons: Jeff (Colleen) Cox, Rochester, Tony (Teresa) Cox, Tippecanoe, Todd (Nada) Cox, Phoenix, AZ, 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson. He was preceded in death by: his Parents, 3 Brothers: William, Jordan and James, and 2 Sisters: Carman and June.

Services will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at 1:00 PM, at Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen. Burial will follow at Bremen Cemetery. Friends may call 2 hours prior to service, from 11-1PM, on Wednesday.
