Glenn L. Brown

Glenn L. Brown, 92, of Goshen, formerly of Milford, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008, at Greencroft, in Goshen. He was born on July 28, 1916, in Milford, to Jacob & Nellie (Whetten) Brown.

He married June Conklin on March 22, 1941.

A former Milford resident until 1965, he also lived in West Lafayette & Goshen. Glenn was a retired Asst. Secretary and Corporate Secretary, Johnson Controls (formerly Penn Controls) in Goshen; served on both Milford Town Board (1957-1959) and Lakeland (now Wawasee) Commuunity School Corporation Board (1962-1965). He attended the Milford United Methodist Church, was on the President's Council at Purdue University, Delta Upsilon Fraternity at Purdue and the American Legion.

Survivors include 2 Sons: Phillip G. of Warrenville, IL & Ronald C. of San Marcos, TX; 5 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his spouse, June C. Brown and 2 brothers Ronald and George.

Services will be held on December 4, 2008, at 10:30AM, at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford. Pastor Rob Nelson will officiate. Burial will take place at the Milford Cemetery. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. There will be military graveside services.
