Margaret Eileen Kolberg

Margaret Eileen Kolberg, 80, of Syracuse, passed away on October 25, 2008, at Miller's Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born on September 23, 1928, in Kosciusko County, to Olen & Chloie (Hoover) LeCount.

She married Arthur Berton Kolberg on May 22, 1948. He survives.

A lifetime area resident, she was a homemaker and had retired from Johnson Controls of Goshen in 1993. Margaret was a graduate of Wolf Lake High School.

Survivors include her Husband: Arthur Berton Kolberg of Syracuse, 1 Daughter: Becky Kay Mangan of Columbia City, 2 Sons: Eric (Lynn) Kolberg of Syracuse, Doyle (Cynthia) Kolberg of Syracuse, 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren, 2 Sisters: Jeanette (Cripe) Lee of Syracuse and Beverly McDonald of Cromwell. She was preceded in death by a sister.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2008, at 2:00PM at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, in Syracuse. Burial will take place at the Syracuse Cemetery. Pastor Hubert Schmucker will officiate.
