Mary Alice Tusing

Mary Alice Tusing, 86, of Warsaw passed away Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Millers Merry Manor in Warsaw. She was born January 1, 1922 in Ligonier, IN to Byron & Ethel (Wilkinson) Grubb. On January 10, 1942 she married Jacob Tusing, Jr., he preceded in death on February 12, 1993.

Mary Alice was a lifetime area resident, attended the Milford Christian Church, was a previous Teller with the Syracuse State Bank, and recently worked at McDonalds in Warsaw.

Survivors include 1 daughter: Ann Teeple of Warsaw; 2sons: Bob (Kay) Tusing of Leesburg and Allen (Karen) Tusing of Florissant, Missouri; 8 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren; and 1 sister: Kate Mock of Syracuse. She was preceded in death by a Great Grandson: Logan Greene and a brother: Edwin Grubb.

Services will be Friday, October 24, 2008, 11:00 AM at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford with Pastor David Stephey officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 23 from 4-8 PM and 1 hour prior to the service on Friday at the Funeral Home.
