Wayne Robert Bollinger

Wayne Robert Bollinger, 79, of Bremen, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2008, at his residence. He was born on November 20, 1928, in Bremen, to Albert & Christina (Schermier) Bollinger.

He married Dorothy June (Grise); she survives.

In sales, Wayne was a US Army veteran and a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a Member of the Salem United Methodist Church and enjoyed buying and selling antiques. He also loved spending time in his woods, along the river.

Survivors include his wife, 2 daughters: LouAnn Neldon, South Bend, Sheri (Phil) Mason, Elkhart; 2 sons: John (Brenda) Bollinger, Bremen, Robert (Melodie) Bollinger, Albion; 9 Grandchildren: David, Kim, Julie, Michael, Melissa, Justin, Rachel, Sarah and Dustin; 2 great grandchildren: Peyton and Mackenzie; 1 brother: Kenneth (Janice) of Goshen; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son-in-law: Charles Neldon.

Services will be private. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8PM on Monday, September 22, 2008, at Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bremen United Pentecostal Church or Goshen Center for Cancer.
