Gerald Crowl, Sr.

Gerald Crowl, Sr., 83, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at his residence. He was born on February 16, 1925, in Syracuse, to Alva & Effie (Lippincott) Crowl.

On April 5, 1941, he married Ruth Behnke. She survives.

Gerald was a farmer and a member of the New Salem Church of the Brethren.

Survivors include his wife; 3 Daughters: Carolyn L. Crowl Haggard of Syracuse; Nancy L. Warrick of Elkhart; Sandra Crowl Bromley of Alpine, Utah; 1 Son: Jerry L. Crowl of Syracuse; 4 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 infant children, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

No visition is planned; services are private for the family. Burial will take place at the New Salem Cemetery in Milford.
