Esther L. Henwood

Esther Henwood, 94, of Syracuse, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2008, at Miller's Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born on February 21, 1914, in North Webster to Kenneth & Hattie (Reed) Baugher.

On March 22, 1936, she married E. Eugene Henwood. He preceded her in death in 1993.

A lifetime area resident, Mrs. Henwood was a homemaker. She attended the North Webster Church of God.

Survivors include 1 Son: Paul Beezley of Syracuse, 1 Granddaughter, 3 Great Grandchildren, a Half-Sister: Jeanette Bockman of North Webster and a Step Sister: Virginia Townsend of Largo, Florida. She was preceded in death by her Husband, 2 Grandsons: Jeffrey and Chris, Sister: Leatha Koher; Brother: John Baugher, Step Sister: Lucille Baker; Half Brothers: Malcolm, Woody, Bill and Leroy Beezley.

Services will be held on Friday, July 11, 2008, at 10:30AM at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel in Syracuse. Pastor Dennis Judy will officiate. Burial will take place at the McClintic Cemetery in Syracuse. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the funeral home on Thursday, July 10, 2008.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Childrens' Hospital.
