Eugene F. Mcintyre

Eugene F. "Mac" McIntyre, 82, of Wyatt, passed away at his residence on Friday, June 13, 2008. He was born on July 24, 1925, in Marshall County, Indiana, to Floyd & Grace (Buss) McIntyre.

On November 25, 1947, he married Helen M. Oakley. He was preceded in death by his loving wife in 2000.

Mac was a WWII US Army Veteran, a 50 year Charter Member of Madison Township Lions Club, former Penn High School Athletic Booster and a former member of the Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Survivors include 2 Daughters: Eileen Miller of Bremen and Diane (Jay) Traster of Cape Coral, FL, 1 Son: Dennis (Teresa) McIntyre of Granger, 6 Grandchildren: Diana Miller of WI, Bob (Christi) Traster of OH, Michelle (Josh) Nueman of OH, Tony Traster, of OH, Jessica and Katie McIntyre of IN, 2 Great Grandchildren: Mack & Lilly Traster of OH, 5 Sisters: Mildred Tom, Esther Ecker, Pat Jennings, Janice Wynn, Sharon Alvorez, 2 Brothers: Darrell & Warren "Red." He was preceded in death by his Wife, Parents, 1 Grandchild, 1 Sister and 2 Brothers.

Services will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2008, at 11:00AM at Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen. Pastor Jo An Schaetzle will offiaciate. Burial will take place at St. John's Cemetery in Woodland, IN. Friends may call from 3-8PM on Monday at the funeral home.
