Lulu M. Long

Lulu M. Long, 83, of Bremen, passed away Monday, August 27, 2007, at Bremen Health Care Center. She was born November 20, 1923, in Magoffin County, KY, to Roy & Betty (Rowe) Bailey.

She married Don Sutton, Sr.; he preceded her in death. She married John "Bud" L. Long, Sr. on January 20, 1962; he preceded her in death on February 13, 2006. She was a Homemaker.

Survivors include 2 Sons: John L. (Alicia) Long, Jr. of Bremen, Dan Sutton of Warsaw, 1 Daughter: LuAnn (Russell, Jr.) Harner of Bourbon, 9 Grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren, 1 Brother: Ollie (Lola) Bailey of LaPorte, 1 Sister: Mae (John) Vanartsdalen of Kentucky, 2 Sisters-in-law: Joyce Bailey of Lancaster, SC, Nelda Bailey of Watauga, TN, 1 Half Brother: Donald Eugene (Sue) Bailey of Kokomo, 1 Half Sister: Donna Sue (Arnold) Bailey of Frostproof, FL. She was preceded by: Parents, husbands, Son Don Sutton, Jr., 2 brothers: Lawrence Gray Bailey and Elmer Gene Bailey, 2 sisters: Lola Bailey and Sola Bailey, Daughter-in-law Jane Sutton.

Services will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2007, at 6:30PM at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Pastor Dana Neer will officiate. No burial following service. Friends may call prior to services, from 4:30 until time of service.
