Mary O. Rodgers

Mary O. Rodgers, age 90 of Bremen, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2007 at her residence. She was born January 15, 1917 in Mercer, PA to Ben W. & Anah (Hinkson) Thompson. June 10, 1937, she married La Verne Rodgers and he preceded her in death in 1979. Mary was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Bremen, where she was involved in the Ladies Circle and Parish Fellowship.

Mary is survived by 1 Daughter: Alice L. Shepherd of Bremen, 2 Sons: James L. Rodgers of Bremen, David L. Rodgers of Terre Haute, IN, 4 Grandchildren: Christine and Jimmy Rodgers and Staci and Amy Shepherd, 5 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband La Verne.

Services will be 11:30AM Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 605 S. Center St., Bremen. Pastors Roger Rohde and Neil Wonnacott will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery in Plymouth. Friends may call 9:30 - 11:30am Tuesday prior to the service at the church.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Marshall County or St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
